This website sets out to tell you about Patents, Registered Trade Marks, Registered Designs and other Intellectual Property / IP rights, including Copyright and Design Right and in particular how to secure them, here in the UK, Europe and elsewhere.

It is intended as a reflection of my professional objective, namely to be here in Hampshire, close to West Sussex, to help you my clients to use your IP rights, that is legal rights that you can have in your technology as tools to grow your business.
